  I had a very bad experience with the insurance coordinator, she seems very unreliable and inappropriate for the work she performs, I paid money for the Xrays to be emailed to another dentist 2 months ago and my husband's Xrays were not forwarded and I called at least 4 times for it to be forwarded ,than finally she told me that she needs my husband's signature, all this time I was unaware of this, the communication skills and good customer relationship is missing, dentist Lilly is great, but the office people need some counselling.
