  We bought a couch from Basset and in under a year the cushions stated to pull up. Of the 6 pillows we have, at least 5 have rips and the cushion is coming out. Even the cushions are smashed and longer take the right shape. We have called and complained and Bassett will not fix this issue. They even told us we should get a fabric tool a de-pill the fabric. Don't buy anything from these guys.
