  On April 6, 2018, I spent over $680 on four new tires that are defective. I made an appointment and the maintenance technician inspected my tires on April 9, and stated that my passenger torque was loose and caused the squirming I felt while driving. However, when I left the dealership I soon realized that the squirming still existed so I called and left a detailed voice message with the service technician. I didn’t receive a call in 72 hours so I called and expressed this concern to the service manager. The manager stated he would call me back on the same day but didn’t. He informed me to send a detailed e-mail of the tires I preferred as replacements. I sent the email immediately but it took 5 days before the manager returned my call to confirm they would order them. He also stated that he returned my call because I left a negative service survey. Today is April 20th and still nothing has been done to resolve the fact that I purchased new tires that are defective and dysfunctional. The service manager, Richie and service technician, Tyler Luu are unprofessional. It’s unsafe to drive my vehicle based on the squirming. I do not recommend supporting this business.

  Nice professional sales person worked with us and knew how to demo the car and highlight all the great features that are important for us. We were happy with his knowledge and information given. We ended up getting an infinity and will most likely come back again in the future should we need another car. Job well done.
