  The doctor is fine, but you are not just dealing with the doctor are you? The staff at this office is not capable of supporting functions. This is the third seperate occasion where they have failed to respond to faxes from the pharmacy in a timely manner. When I say timely I mean the pharmacy faxes them 3 times, 3 different days over a period of one busniess week and they do not respond. The receptionsist gave me assurances that the prescription would be renewed the first day before my mom ran out her medication. That was this morning. For the past year I have tried to obtain a referral to a specialist so that my mom could get a catheder. They sent a referral to a a physical therapist, someone else, and not the urologist. Yep, they told me that the did send out paperwork for three specialist. The urologist wasn't one. I waited for the process and then asked and was given assurances. They are still assuring me that they will take care of it, but kind of like the faxes, they may or may not get around to it, and it may or may not be what you need. The office needs better management practices. Yes we are switching Doctors.
