  This is our second time staying here and we’ve been here for a month. The manager, Ravi, treats us like family and goes above and beyond to make sure we’re comfortable and happy. The price is extremely competitive in this very overpriced area. The biggest pro for us is the kitchen that allows us to cook and save so much money on meals.
  The rooms are so comfy, spacious and clean. Reading some of the other responses...I want people to know that we’ve stayed in numerous rooms and never have we encountered any cockroaches- the rooms are clean. And there are TV remote controls- if you’re not smart enough to ask for one if it happens to be missing, that’s your problem. And the breakfast is pretty standard for any hotel in the area. you are provdided your own kitchen, why not use it? If you want a omelette bar, go stay at the Four Seasons and pay $300+ a night.
  
  With that said, our experience has been great and we love the whole staff, everyone is so nice and welcoming! They do their best to make you feel at home!

  I am so pleased with my stay at Extended Stay America San Jose Ca. The entire staff and customer service is outstanding. This is one of the cleanest hotels I have ever stayed at. I highly recommend staying at this location. The General Manager Ravinesh Singh has gone above and beyond to make our stay as pleasant and comfortable as possible. Thank you to all the staff at Extended Stay America 1560 North First Street San Jose Ca.
