  This hertz location promised me a car rental then proceeded to call me on three separate occasions changing that story each time. Also the manager was extremely unprofessional and was smoking a cigarette while talking to me and he didn't make eye contact once. I would highly recommend using a different rental company if possible.

  This is a very busy location and I had to wait a while when picking up and dropping off but can not fault management as there were plenty of well trained customer service oriented employees to serve customers. The 2017 Toyota Camry I was given was clean and well maintained,, it did what I needed for the few days I drove it. Advice to Hertz corporate: you need to expand this location or add a location nearby to improve service times.
