  Worst travel agency with unfair terms in the agreement! We live in east coast and booked a trip leaving from Salt Lake City to Yellowstone. Unfortunately our area was hit by storm last night so that many flights were cancelled/rescheduled. We missed all the connections and there's no way to get to SLC within 24 hours. I even asked the airlines if it's possible to get to other cities around SLC the I can drive 4-5 hours at night to catch the trip, but there's none! I called the agency right after I found out the delay but was told they couldn't reschedule my trip not to mention refund. Is it a good attitude to retain a customer? How much is the unrecoverable cost incurred to make you keep the total fund of $860? I don't see any fairness in the terms I would say. No one would predict there would be a storm 7 days before the trip starts. Can they be reasonable and considerate when solving the dispute with customers? What's worse is that they say they have a customer care department to take care of all the complaints but no one from that department has talked to me so far! It's always the order management team replying my call/email. It's the most ridiculous experience I have to say. Just want to remind everyone to pay attention to these terms when you book the trip cause you never know what will happen within 7 days of your trip. And they just don't care anything except the money!!!
