  I would like to take this opportunity to express my gratitude for the gracious services provided by Ira Estrada and Jasmine Gonzales (at the North San Jose Office). They have provided me with a superb level of customer service. I have been a customer for over five years now and I have been to many of your location in California and in DC Metro area. Although most of the Regus team-members have been great in customer service, I must say that Ira and Jasmine stand out as a shining star among them. The welcoming way they greet my clients upon entry, their great level of knowledge of client's concerns, the way they are able to decipher the clients' particular preferences, and the VIP level of care that they reveal up until the conclusion of the appointment, make them true asset to the Regus Business Center and their clients. It has been a pleasure working with them every time I call to the center. They always exceed the expectations of their clients.
