  We are 11 months into our contract and we still have rats in our attic and crawlspace. Alex and his team have been out to our house about 5 times but have not been able to rid us of our problem. Now that our contract is winding down and we still have a problem, I can't even get Alex to return my call. Poor job and zero customer service at this point.
