  I'd rate lower if I could. I work at a business across the street from here and my first times in here have been absolutely terrible. I need quick service to get back to the property I was run nearby and each time I come in, i find myself standing in the middle of the room wondering where to go for service.
  
  The employees avoid contact with me and say nothing; I have to approach and hope I get help. Then when I do have to ask, "where do I stand in the business line", it's like they either don't know or don't want to hear my confusion!
  
  This has happened the last two times. Horrible customer service. Go to Wells Fargo for Business banking.
