  I took in two pairs of pants into this place on friday, they needed to be hemmed and the crotch on one of them was starting to split, so I asked if she could fix it, she said yes. I asked if she could do both by monday morning 9am, I had an interview at 11 that i needed one of the pants for. She agreed it would be fine. Monday morning, I arrived at 920, at first they couldnt even locate my pants! Then they realized that my pants weren't complete. They like marked where the incisions and that was it. She asked if i could come back in 2 hours. I said NO, i needed the pants now. So she made me wait until 10 to get my pants, normally one would think that there would be some kind of discount for such inconvenience,... nope, still paid full price. I go home and checked the pants that needed the crotch fixed, doubting if they did it. NOPE. I get ready for my interview, have 5 minutes to spare and drive past the cleaners, so I stopped with my pants to have them fix it. The woman was like.. I know you never told me anything about i, it would have been extra.... I repeated the whole scene in front of her, that i wouldn't have cared about the extra cost, then she was like ok 5 minutes, i said i dont have 5 minutes, i needed the pants done right an hour and half ago, and I have someplace to be in 15 minutes! I told her they need to be done by 5pm that night, she said fine, and I walked out. As I did so, she said "$5." I said whatever and left. In my opinion, I shouldn't have even had to paid that $5 for work that should have been done in the first place, not to mention i shouldn't have paid $14 for the hemming that needed to by done at 9am and was not done so. By far, this is the worse place i have been to.
