  I was wanting to do a balayage for a long time and while I was in the U.S my aunt took me to this place (this is where she got her highlights done) I decided to get it done. Jenny did my hair and when I showed her the picture she said there was burgundy in the hair and I saw no burgundy. She asked me if I wanted my hair to look exactly like the picture or keep my root colour (really dark brown) and I said yeah. We were NOT on the same page, she dyed my roots RED. She kept telling me it was copper but its red. She did not tell me she was going to dye my roots red. As well, my balayage has a straight line from my dark hair. My blonde is literally 1/3 ash, 1/3 yellow blonde, and 1/3 orange. Can't believe she let me out of the salon looking like that. The staff were friendly but like never go there if you want ombre or balayage.
