  My name is Kevin and I had sold my condo on Wayman Way with Crystal Estates.
  I met Thai through a referral who said he was very good at his trade. WOW WAS THAT AN UNDERSTATEMENT.
  Thai took care of me and my family like we were family. Thai did a walkthrough of my condo, listed the do’s and don’ts for upgrades to maximize sales price. He also referred me to contractors he has worked with in the past and they did a great job at a very reasonable price. Thai has consulted me through the whole process. We listed the property for 375,000 and got a cash offer of 405,000. We closed in a little over 2 weeks.
  Thai is excellent at his trade, his knowledge of housing market is spot on. The best thing about Thai is he is a GOOD HONEST MAN!

  Thai is an excellent realtor and person that I would refer over and over again. He helped us with the successful sale of a rental property and is extremely knowledgeable all around in his field. Thai has intelligent negotiating strategies, is very professional, generous with his time and flexibility, has quick and reliable resources to get your home ready for a quick listing, is lightening quick in his responses to any questions or updates, but most importantly, he is just a good human being.
  
  I would recommend meeting with him for any property related need for an initial consultation at the very least to see how he can be of help. His services are not limited to purchasing and selling of properties, but he has a lot of resources and knowledge around minimal to extensive remodels/construction projects and is happy to be a point person in that process as well. Please note, we have not used him for these services, but will definitely consider him if something pops up in the future.
