  As many others have pointed out these guys have horrible customer service, specifically the guys behind the counter. I live nearby and as much as I hated dealing with them it was a bit too convenient for me not to go in occasionally. That in mind, I've been here numerous times and the customer service has always, always been bad. The final straw was a month or two ago when I had to order some specialized colored screws for deck fascia. It should have taken a few days but it took weeks of following up and no returned calls before I just cancelled it. Every time I called I was fed the same "Let me check with the supplier and I'll call you back." Not once was I called back. Called Pinecone Lumber in Sunnyvale and had what I needed later that week, a bit of a drive but well worth it to avoid these guys. All for a box of freaking screws.
