  I called to make an appointment with a new clinician and was hung up on twice. Then Robbie who was making me an appointment, thought it was funny to make jokes about my reasons for needing to see a physician and be rude. When asked to speak to her supervisor she said she was out of the office and would give my information to the lead who was at lunch; which she never did. I'm glad that Sutter and the Palo Alto medical foundation both hire people to insult patients and think that patients health funny.
