  I had such a great experience; I don't know where to begin...
  
  The environment of Dr. Sraon's office is very warming. There are complimentary bottles of water available, a plethora of magazines to read and a staff that truly cares about their patients. There is also classic rock playing in the office which is awesome!
  
  Dr. Sraon has great bedside manner and he is very knowledgeable about dentistry. He always numbs me up really good to where the drill feels like a massage.
  
  Their office manager, whose name is Stephanie, is downright amazing! She is the equivalent of Chuck Norris in the dentistry field. Her demeanor is very pleasant and she will go out of her way to make sure you are happy. She is also a great liaison between my insurance company and I. For example, she sat on the phone for 40 minutes today to make sure that my dental work was pre-approved! I would not have the patience for that. She has seriously saved me about $15,000 this year alone thanks to her ability to manipulate my insurance company. If you call this office, ask for Stephanie and I guarantee that she will take care of you.
  
  One thing I noticed while sitting in the waiting room, was a booklet from the Army National Guard. Dr. Sraon's office is very military friendly and they care about their Soldiers. Well, this booklet inspired me to join. I will be calling the recruiter on the business card as soon as I get home. I have needed money for college for such a long time and it looks like the Army National Guard can help me. Thank goodness!
