  Doan & Associates is extremely resourceful when it comes to homes in the Gilroy area. They are knowledgeable real estate agents with a good feel of the market. They are very well aware of the house’s price, neighborhood and location to shopping, etc. They are also very knowledgeable about school districts and child safety in the area as well. But the quality I like most about them is their vision. They possess the flair for décor (exterior and interior)! They looked at our property and see what can be done with it and to make more attractive. They knew that if we wanted to sell the house for top dollar, we must do some renovation and stage it. They explained to me that when buyers walk into a house, they wanna feel welcomed. If the buyers walk into an empty, it is likely that they feel cold and not welcoming here. Therefore, our family trusted Doan & Associates with their advice and tips. We cannot explain how happy we are with the entire process, from spending as little money as possible but we ended up with the most bang for our buck. Our house became the highest sold price in the area thanks to Doan & Associates. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking to sell their homes for top dollar!

  Angel is a great real estate agent with extensive knowledge of the market and available homes in the Silicon Valley. My family was in the market to look for a home in the 95148 area so that our kids can go to Quimby Oak Middle School and Evergreen Valley High School. We have been friends Angel for over a decade and she’s been an agent for as long as we’ve known her. We finally we called her to help us with this matter because my kids are growing up and will be attending middle school the following year. As a friend and a professional, Angel was a pleasure to work. We would highly recommend her to anyone that need to buy or sell a home
