  This is the worst place I have ever stayed at in over 30 years of traveling. The staff is rude and not at all welcoming. They could care a less that you are a guest. They have cold coffee and tiny muffins available for breakfast. We had to ask for everything since I guess it is too difficult to have room already stocked. Didn't even have a coffee maker in the room. Never staying here again. Charged us over $300 to be treated like dirt is so wrong. I ended up leaving something in our room and called back to ask if they could put aside so I could have someone pick it up. When my daughter showed up to pick it up nobody knew where items were located. She made special trip to hotel. I called and was again treated rudely and told items were not in lost and found but they would ask person I originally spoke to where he put the items. Called again and was spoken to extremely rudely by front desk lady (8:00 a.m. 4/20/18) and she looked in lost and found and was able to locate immediately. This place should be shut down or provide all staff with training on how to treat guests.DO NOT STAY HERE YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!!!!

  Nice rooms, clean, comfy more spacious than most. Modern updated decor though basic. Pleasant staff. In room kitchenette is nice though I didn't use it being there for one night. Easy parking. This hotel doesn't provide for a memorable stay but I mean that in the best way - easy, clean no fuss accommodations.
