  I had to tell them everything at least three times for them to get it. This lady kept asking me "which side you want for your hair" I asked what she meant and she kept saying those same words over and over. They asked me to move chairs after they started and when they put the barber's cape back on they didn't put the collar up and I got covered with itchy bits of cut hair. The girl cutting my hair stopped halfway through to check in another customer and on the way out she said "see it's better now that long hair looked so bad". Pro tip: maybe don't tell people they look bad when they come in. It's rude
