  Chi has been my hair stylist for years. Rarely do you find someone who takes pride in the work they do as much as Chi does. I know at HC, scheduling and workload can sometimes seem overwhelming, but Chi is ALWAYS at her best- caring only for the highest level of service and that I am satisfied. On a few occasions, I have had minor issues with the product, but Chi always provides a fix and comes up with solutions so that similar issues do not arise again. Not only is Chi the consummate professional, she is an outstanding person. In my hundreds of visits over the years, I have gotten to know her as a friend. Not only do I enjoy Chi's professionalism every month, I enjoy the social visit. Chi has made me a 'life-long' Hair Club client.

  I would definitely agree that SJ location is the worse. She made me feel like that I have a very serious problem. And if I don't take care of it now then will be too late.I don't have any bold spot but excess use of hair spray is thinning my hair. I would never give them my business.
