  Second time bringing my work truck here. The first time they weren't too busy and my truck was ready as fast as I could sign paperwork at the counter. Today they're slammed, there are 6 vehicles waiting and only 1 guy making it happen.
  
  Despite being so overwhelmed Jay has been nothing but courteous and professional with all the customers.
  
  It's rare nowadays to find people who can work so hard without complaint, maintain their cool under pressure, and still deliver results.
  
  I'm very impressed. The only reason I'm not giving them 5 stars is because of staffing, but Jay(sp?) gets 10 stars in my book.
