  Haven't really shopped for fragrances before but I did a lot of research before I came in. Had a list of men's fragrances I liked after a lot of research and they seemed to be extremely indifferent towards the list. Some fragrances I kept asking them about and they would tell me to try this or try that but not the one I specified. Very frustrating. I ultimately wanted to smell the fragrances before I decided if I liked them or not, but couldn't smell 3 out of my top 5. This is because they did not have any open tester bottles for these and they didn't want to open any new ones for me. To be fair, one was a very expensive fragrance and understood why they wouldn't open it. But don't come here if you are not sure what you want because customer service is not their strong suit. If you heard good things about a fragrance and you don't have a good idea of the smell, do NOT go here. You will be treated like you are wasting their time.
