  Initially she comes off as very cold, with very little personality, which can appear to mean a lack of concern. However, after a second visit I found her brevity helpful. Facts are presented without sugar coating, which is good.
  
  Her diabetic diet knowledge is a little dated, but she does recommend classes, which were extremely helpful.
