  I have been trying to contact the escrow officer there to fix the title issue that the company didn't do right 3 years ago. It has been 3 months since I first call to address the issue. I have been kept calling and every time I was told it's on their to do list, but never get it done. When I ask to have the escrow officer at least have the courtesy to call me back, she never did. Yes, definitely try to stay away from this title company as they are lack of customer service.
