  I was very impressed with the office and the way everything was run. They had very nice up-to-date technology and provided thorough care. I came in for a cleaning and also opted to get a filling for a chipped tooth from years ago. They made sure that my teeth were completely cleaned. Some of the scraping did hurt my gums, however, more than usual. Dr. Annie also filled in my tooth after my appointment rather than have me schedule another appointment, which worked well with my schedule.
  
  My overall impression is that this is a very well-run, attentive and well-maintained office. I am definitely switching to this dental office.

  I have been taking my son here since he was 1 years old. They have helped me figure out brushing and flossing as well as when to use fluoride toothpaste. We just had his 2 year appointment and she showed me how his pacifier was shaping his mouth and how it would be better to ween him off it sooner rather than later. I am so grateful for these wonderful and patient dentists who put up with babies and toddlers!

  I never wanted to write such review for this place, especially for the great service given to me Dr Annie Chou. She is an amazing dentist, very caring.
  My concern was their staff which took care of my insurance, for some of my treatments they were very careless that, they did not check my History and because of that I got a bill of $700+, when I bought this issue with their staff, they did give me some discount but still I had to pay major part of it.
  I also believe that as a responsible patience it's my duty to know about my history and I would have done that if the staff here would NOT have taken on themselves to take care of everything on my 1st day. One small example: I have only 2 treatments of fluoride wash/year, but they called my 3rd time and told me that they checked with my insurance and I had 0 copays, after 3 weeks I get a bill of ~100$. 1st I thought it as a mistake, but then I got a bill of $700, that time I realized that they have not checked my history of prev treatments also. And the treatment which cost me ~$600 was not an urgent one also. If they could have checked properly then I would have delayed it for just a month for my new cycle insurance to begin and to get it covered.
  Personally, I would not go back here, but I would still recommend this place(because of Dr. like Annie Chou) and only if you as a patience makes a call before every appointment to your insurance provider to confirm.
