  When I hired James Mc Cloy for my project (found this company on HomeAdvisor website), I did check the license number that was on HomeAdvisor website but his name was not on it. There is no license number on his business card. I called the office number on the card and went to voice mail and no one called me back. But I did not care about these alarming findings and hired him because he was very nice and courteous at the beginning. He did not provide receipts for my landscaping items. He never came back to do some clean ups when he promised verbally to do so. He never returned our phone calls about our concerns.
