  Terrible place. Children are practically living outside and run around and scream all day. Their parents could not care less and let their children do as they please. Noise starts at 8am and does not stop before 11pm.
  
  Walls are extremely thin and neighbors can be heard day and night, ranging from taking showers in the morning to walking around at night.
  
  Avoid this place if you can. For the rent they charge there are much better, more peaceful places around to live, with more respectful people.
