  Short version:
  MESSY MESSY MESSY OFFICE!!! Beyond terrible customer service -
  
  Long version:
  Made an appointment forJuvederm Voluma lip injection treatment w Karina for a Wednesday (which is my ONLY day off- I work 6 days a wk); then after going thru a headache trying to figure out an earlier time (since I had to go on an unexpected business trip to SoCal) to move the treatment to, Ms. Karina tells me she has a Monday morning time slot available to squeeze me in(which was nice of her to do that for me since we’ve been talking about it a few times & she knew how important it is for me to get it done ASAP since I hv a very tight schedule and an event coming up). Anyway, my work didn’t allow me to be off for one hr which was already very bothersome (but I want it done ASAP & I had to pay the price somehow I guess) & btw by now I’ve already paid $600 for my treatment .. & the treatment is already confirmed w Karina for a Wednesday - for Juevedem Voluma lip injection.
  So I call back the office to confirm the Monday morning appointment after all that I’ve gone thru w my boss to get that day off & Ms Becky tells me that they don’t do voluma for lips that it’s for cheeks n yada yada yada (everything that I already know) ...THEN she says that the provider who works on Mon doesn’t do it and the one who works on wed does it?! WTH?!!!! Donchu guys have a set policy/ protocol to follow? Why one person is setting me up for a treatment that another person in the same office is completely against!!!!!!???? Then I tell Ms Becky if I’m not getting the treatment I requested (that was already confirmed w her colleague) on Mon AM which I busted my behind off to get off (against everyone’s will) then I want my money back ( I can go to my own surgeon at other times, why would I even bother w them) and she responded - we don’t do refunds!!!!!!! SIGH- Mind blown .. you guys .. enough said!
  
  If you guys want to experience the crappiest customer service of ur life, this is the place to be!
