  My fiance' and I are happy with our engagement ring choice from Spence. Dana was a great help to me and I ended up visiting a few times and contacting back and forth to make the perfect pick. Would recommend to someone else in the San Jose area!

  From the moment my cousin and I walked in, we were greeted with high energy and great customer service. Denise helped us look for the perfect ring style, then sat us down for a detailed presentation on the "5" C's which was great because we were clueless in that area. She truly solidified our love for the artisan diamonds over the earth mined diamonds. She worked with the inventory and showed us comparisons of earth mined and artisan diamonds until we found one that was perfect in all areas. The microscope was a great help! We really appreciate the attention to detail. Reina was amazing as well, she even cleaned my ring that I walked in with!!! So sparkly, and much appreciated. She was a great asset to our experience and even helped my cousin get sized accurately. Our service was impeccable, we will be back for the final purchase!! I'm going to work on getting my husband to get me an artisan myself too ;)
