  Sprint Staff was treating customers poorly.
  me and my brother went there to upgrade my brother phone and i already upgraded mine 2 days ago and we both eligible to upgrade long time ago
  but the staff told us his line need two more months to upgrade or he can pay another fees for the upgrade since he is not eligible for upgrade.so we decided to leave and went to a different sprint store and they managed to give us the new phone and keep the old one but the previous store we went to did not let us upgrade and asking for the old phone to be returned to able get a new phone
