  A pigsty with a child-offending stylist inside.
  
  Beware of the stylist named "Nancy"!
  
  This nasty, low person treated a child (my 8 yo son) in an extremely rude and dangerous manner. She hurt him throughout the haircut by constantly banging the hair clipper against his head.
  
  Without so much as a nice word or a friendly chat, she just yelled commands at him "Don't move your head" while cutting his hair, leaving him no choice but to sit there and suffer through.
  
  Being a long time happy customers of Supercuts (at a different location), my son and I went to two different stylist at the same time (as we always did before at our previous Supercuts location), and there was no way for me to see or hear what was going on behind, across the isle (due to all the noises coming from the hair clipping machines and the stylists talking to each other in a loud voice). Otherwise, I'm not even sure what would happen if I heard her yelling "Don't move your had" at my child...
  
  Needless to say that this miserable human being ("Nancy") didn't even think of delivering an apology when I confronted her afterwards, when my boy told me the story.
  
  As a result, the rest of our day (Saturday) was ruined.
  
  In attempt to find a tiny bright side of this displeasing experience, I'm hoping Supercuts will read this and re-think their hiring process and work quality enforcement and that the reader will take this into account when making a reservation at this place.
  
  In addition, the room is poorly lit and poorly ventilated forcing customers to breathe in the fumes of hairsprays.
  
  And the "check in" screen by the register is redundant and confusing too - for these who uses Supercuts app and checks in using the app.
  
  To conclude, plain and simple: we will never be customers at this location again.
