  They people at this company is rude and they are lairs. They placed my unit in my home back three years ago and i have been having problems with my unit. Did have it a good year and they had to come out to weld some wires that was not allowing my united to cool. They have had to do that three times and this last time the tech that came out realized that the united was not changing over from the heat to the cool that they both was running at the same time. I called and was told that they would be out Monday of one week no one came out. When i called they told me that i had cooling and that they would get out when they could. Well we just had a cool day and night and i was not able to turn my heat on for my kids to take a bath in a warm house. I was told by the manger that he doesn't like a warm house so basic i shouldn't have a problem with being cold. So three weeks later i'm still being told that they will be out basically when they get there and deal with it. I will never get another unit from this company.
