  Disappointing!!..... In the beginning customer service was great! (at this location)but once you were in the door forget it! Good luck trying to make vehicle changes on the fly, any changes for that matter. I changed my policy to add one of my vehicles to full coverage later to find out thought allsates customer service line it was never done. I've attempted to contact through email(since it seems like they never answer their phone!).
