  We waited an hour to open up an account for my wife.
  Signed in and sat waiting for them to call our names. A guy with his daughter walked in after us, didn't sign in and just sat next to us. After about 20 minutes, a woman came by and asked the guy and his daughter to follow her. I first thought they had an appointment, went and asked a teller what's going on, she told us no they didn't have an appointment, sorry we made a mistake. We waited another 40 minutes, nobody called us, we ended up going to Chase down the street and opened an account for her. Aweful service, it's a shame they don't care who 'registered' to be called first. Time is valuable to some of us if it's not to them!
