  Worst experience I ever had. They promised something over the phone and then changed once I arrived. Manager was arrogant and after all negotiation once agreed they showed me a car which was dented. They took my credit application and told me they can fix the car after the fact. I decided to back out of deal because who wants to have body works done on brand new car which is still in showroom. Once I decided to back out they did not even offered courtosey shuttle since we took ride in assuming will be driving new car back to home. I would never go back there and advise others to be very careful.

  Gerry Knapp I usually always work with. He is very patient and always goes over everything bit by bit. Capitol Ford altogether has been so good to me over the years. I had a 2010 Ford Ranger I loved that they helped take care of. I currently own a 16 Ford Fiesta and this summer I will be coming right back to this dealership and getting an F-150. I highly recommend buying a car new or used from Capitol Ford you won't regret it.
