  The head nurse is very unprofessional. I have seen her berate the staff in front of customers. It is very embarrassing to see how she treats people. I am looking to move my family to a different location. My daughter has also experienced firsthand the same experience. The nurse treated her like a child (she is 20 years old!) and made her uncomfortable by making comments about why she is visiting and why doesn’t she know exactly what is wrong with her. That’s why she is there in the first place! Improve this and you will have a happier staff and customers!
