  Great place to work out. I've been coming for a month now, and I'm loving the format as well as the trainers. Every session is different, which keeps things interesting. The trainers are all very helpful. They give tips on form, and provide modifications for all exercises if you have an injury or other impairment. And they all seem to genuinely care about their clients.
  
  This is not a standard "Globo Gym" type business. There are almost no weight machine, and very few cardio machines. The classes focus on small group workouts with the use of lots of tools (TRX bands, sand and kettle bells, medicine balls, dumb bells, sliders, etc). They also offer 1:1 training sessions. After just a month of coming every other day for the bootcamp classes, I'm seeing improvements in strength and stamina. Loving it so far, and truly look forward to attending each class.
