  I called the number on the Groupon I bought and was told by Shakira that she would not honor the Groupon and that her assistant might....not will but might be able to do the massage. When I called I made it very clear that I was in a tremendous amount of pain and needed a massage that day. I know it was very short notice but that's what was needed to alleviate the pain I was in. Her assistant never left a message with me or my voicemail (Verizon can verify that) . So I simply asked for a Groupon credit so I could find a massage therapist available that day. I never said anything other than what was told to me by Shakira. She then called me and whined like a 3 year old asking if I had tattled on her to Groupon! She asked me several questions and would not let me finish any of the answers to the questions she was asking! I've used Groupon numerous times and never had a problem until now! From what she wrote on here it seems she has multiple problems with Groupon customers! She's is right about one thing! Groupon should most definitely screen who they let advertise and sell coupon's for their business especially if they have a history of problems (according to her own words) ! I will be leaving as many bad referrals on Groupon , Yelp and the better business bureau! She obviously doesn't have what it takes to handle customer service! You should really consider removing her from your listing! If she calls me again I will be calling the police as she seems to be prone to harassing customers! Thanks again ,
