  Came here with a friend on opening night to try it out. It's located inside Pho Hoa.
  
  Opted for the original milk tea with pearls, which was disappointing. Milk tea was okay, but the pearls were chewy and too tough. Drank about half and threw the rest out.
  
  We asked two other people how their Tutti Frutti and Lychee Explosion drinks were. The girl said the Tutti Frutti was pretty good, but the guy suggested not ordering the Lychee.
