  I haven't even gone yet and already their customer service is horrible. I made an appt and had to change it because my work schedule changed. The lady on the phone said they were completely booked and that she could only do Friday at 10am and that was their only appt available for the next 2 weeks. So I took it. I called a few days later to see if anything opened up and the lady said they were still completely full until the 15th and there was nothing else. After a few seconds of me thinking it over she said that she could move me from 10am to 12. How is it that they can move my time of they're completely booked for two weeks? When I asked her this she scrambled for an answer and said that she could move my time but not my date. That makes absolutely no sense. I feel like they are just saying their "full" to make it sound like they're busy. I have a gift certificate to this place and so I have to go because I don't want to waste someone's money. Hopefully the massage is better than the girl at the front desk.
