  BEWARE!!! To bad you can't rate 0. I called a week before my move to make an appointment which was between 9-10am on a Friday (which I took off work).
  
  I called them at 12:30 to say that no one had shown. After my third call, I was told they would get a hold of the dispatcher. Half hour later someone calls and says they will be there in a hour and a half. No one showed after an hour and a half. I call back and the person that answers the phone (Simon) states there is nothing he can do for me in the sales office. I hang up and low and behold 4:45pm they show. It takes them until 8:00pm to finish and of course they had to take a lunch in between. Worst service ever!!!!!

  We were moving from Santa Clara to Fremont and I hired these guys as they quoted the best competitive rate possible. The guys from Walnut Creek office showed up on time with all equipment and ready to go. I was amazed at their professionalism and attention to detail. Vyacheslav, Alex Bel and Alex X were the 3 movers assigned and they packed up everything very diligently and moved the fragile and expensive stuff (TV, Mirrors..) very carefully.
  They also were very careful about making sure that we have moved everything and helped us in unpacking at the destination address. Very nice folks indeed. I would recommend people using this service definitely. Make sure you ask for the Walnut Creek office guys.
