  I am very pleased with the success I have had achieving my goals at Paradigm Crossfit. The Instructors there are very knowledgeable and helpful in all aspects of physical training. I enjoyed my six week challenge there very much. I definitely see and feel the difference in my appearance. I loved the experience there.

  Paradigm CrossFit has it all! Trainers who are knowledgeable , listen, motivate, and push. An environment that promotes health and wellness and encourages individuals to be their best. A community that supports your goals and cares about your wellbeing. My experience here has been very rewarding. I have been physically challenged to push myself, taught more productive and useful ways to get the most out of my workout, been supported with my personal goals, and inspired to make changes that improve my overall quality of life. A special shout out to Ronny, who goes above and beyond to give individual attention and support to those who come. I would highly recommend this gym to anyone serious about their health. Here you will find great support in achieving your goals.

  I'd been thinking about trying Crossfit for a little while now and decided to take the plunge with the burner challenge. I'm glad I did, it was just what I needed to kick start myself back into working out and eating better. The coaching, meal plan, and support were just what I needed. This is a great gym with great people.
