  Useless!! I am not an American Citizen, so I need visas for most of the countries: Japan, Korea, China, Schengen, etc... Surprisingly Peninsula is a Preferred visa agent of my Employer, so I was forced to go through them.
  First of all, I was surprised by their attitude on the phone. Instead of saying "we can do it", or at least "we will try our best", they always say "the visa is quite difficult to get for a passport holder from your part of the World". The first contact on the phone is always discouraging.
  Second, they always got me single-entry visas for three months (Korea and Japan). I wasted my time filling application forms and wasted blank pages of my passport.
  Then I went to the SF Consulates in person, and I got multiple-entry visas for a year !!! In my case I did not even pay a fee!
  My advice: better go to a smaller agency with a personal approach, or, you'd better waste half-a-day of your work-time and drive to SF. Avoid Peninsula Visa in any case!
