  Me and my family had recently moved into our first "Owned" home. Aside from a few minor repairs our biggest concern was the broken down fence surrounding our home. My husband and myself enjoy spending our free time with our children, family and friends at our home BBQ'ing and entertaining, so privacy is very important to us.
