  To whom it may concern customer service department . Date January the 5th 2018 . Time 6:45 p.m. I ordered a double Mega bacon burger with Swiss cheese. She asked me how would I like the hamburger I told her well done. When I got my hamburger I cut it to see if it was well done it was medium rare. So they came back gave me I have noticed the fries were cold and the hamburger bun was cold instead of giving me a whole new order all they did was give me the same plate but with different well-cooked meat on it. The waiters were really nice and good service. That was my ordeal at the Sizzlers. The salad bar was good. I went to get ice cream but they ran out of vanilla. Sincerely thank you

  Ribs: Awesome! Salad bar; not worth the 11/12 bucks we paid. Service was a little scattered, but it was Sunday and extremely busy. Salad bar started relatively full considering. Would return maybe in the future, not my go to spot, but it's worth a try, or a casual unexpected lunch or dinner
