  If I could give Stewart Title 0 stars I would. The most incompetent, rude and uncaring people work here. All they care about is getting the paperwork signed so they can get their money. Once it is signed they could care less about the remainder of their responsibilities on a deal. We almost had our water turned off because these idiots refused to to do their job and transfer the water account out of the home builder's name in to our name (per city of Castle Rock rules). The city of Castle Rock made it very clear that they deal with with Stewart Title's irresponsibility on a regular basis. Stewart Title has not apologized once for their incompetence, they have only been rude and unrepentant. If you have a choice use another title company, one who actually cares about the customers that keep them in business.
