  Long time customers but not for long. If you have money being wired to you from out of the country don't plan on seeing it any time soon. It was confirmed that they got it weeks before it hit our account. Secondly, if you want to get a second mortgage through them you better not need the money and have over a month to deal with them. You should also not expect their website to update you because you can't scroll down from what you see when you open the page. Thirdly, contact from them for updates is pretty much non existent. If you do your application online and it is assigned to a person they will call you once and you can call right back and she won't answer and then emails go unanswered too. Then they don't tell you the time frame that documents need to be in by and will cancel the loan offer and then you have to start over. In my case I went to our local branch, big mistake, which is a hole in the wall inside Safeway on Capital Ave in San Jose. They don't have the staff to follow up on your loan because they are always too short staffed. They don't call you back when they say they will and then they call the house number instead of your cell when you are at work. It has been a month and we still don't know other than, they are working on it.
